2. Workshop Bookings
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation via email. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive within 24 hours.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
As a boutique craft school, we prepare materials and staff based on specific numbers.
• Cancellations by You: * Cancellations in writing made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.
o Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days notice are eligible for a 50% refund or a credit for a future workshop.
o No refunds are provided for cancellations with less than 7 days notice, though you may transfer your ticket to a friend.
• Cancellations by Us: If we must cancel due to illness or low enrollment, you will receive a 100% refund or a priority transfer to a new date.
4. Health and Safety
• Participants may use sharp tools (needles, scissors) or machinery (looms).
• Safety briefings will be provided; however, participants attend at their own risk. Linen Schoolhouse Ltd is not responsible for personal injury or damage to personal property (e.g., clothing) during the workshop.
